Join Night InformationNew Den Leader Resources

It's time to get ready for your Join Nights. Order your flyers, posters and buddy cards here. Make sure to contact Bryan Hyatt or Will Cooper with your plans!

Here are some resources to assist you in your fall recruitment efforts:

Valley District Fall Camporee

The Centennial & Valley Districts are Co-Hosting the 2014 Fall Camporee: Lost in the woods.

Registration is now open!

  • September 19-21, 2014
  • Magness Adventure Camp at Peaceful Valley Scout Ranch
  • WEBELOS are welcome to join -- check the 2014 Camporee Flyer for details
  • Leaders' Guide
  • Scouts $12, Webelos $10
  • LATE FEE of $5 per person after September 5
  • Walk-ins: Scouts $17, Webelos $15
  • Contact: John Witt

Webelos are welcome to join us, however if they spend the night they do need a sponsoring Troop. For our Webelos Scouts, a parent or guardian must attend with them.

Since we are asking for names on this registration, we are limiting each registration to 1 patrol of 8 boys. We all don't type as quickly as some and there are times where the program will "time out" leading to frustration. By limiting a registration to 8 boys (1 patrol) this hopefully will avoid some of the frustration.

When you finish adding your first patrol of 8 boys, the registration will take you to the shopping cart. On the bottom left hand side it asks you for additional shopping. By clicking there, you can register the rest of your Troop in increments of 8 boys and adults. When you complete all of your registrations, you can then click on "save" sending you to the payment section that will have the total cost for all the Scouts (Webelos) you have entered.  If you encounter ANY difficulty with registration you are welcome to contact JoLynne in the Scout office for assistance at 720.266.2135.
