	Pioneer Trails District Meeting Night

	These meetings start promptly and end on time.  Anyone is welcome to come and attend as a guest and even inquire about how he/she can help.  
 

	6:30 - 7:30  :  District Committee Meeting

	The business of the district is discussed at this meeting.  It is run by the district chair and all of the sub-committees.  Many of the district events and other business like finances and membership are discussed at this monthly meeting. 
 

	7:30 - 9:00  :  District Commissioner's Meeting 

	Service to all of the units in the Pioneer Trails District are discussed along with ideas on how to better help units and make each unit stronger.
