	To be qualified to receive and wear the "Trained" strip as a Varsity Coach you must participate in Fast Start Training (online), This is Scouting (online), Varsity Leader Specific Training (classroom only) and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills training (overnight). 
 

	Fast Start Training: The initial training for all leaders in all programs. It is a quick job description with basic tips to manage until training is available. This training is available online or through your team or district. Take Fast Start Training Online now! 
 
	 
 
	Varsity Coach Specific Training: Coach specific includes three sessions designed to provide coaches with a good working knowledge of Team Operation. Offered at the District level. This training is offered several times a year. 
 

	Please bring a sack lunch.
