	This is a special night for volunteers in the Gateway District filled with recognition, fellowship, and inspiration. We will be presenting Key Scouter Awards selected by each unit, the Rookie of the Year Award, and the District Award of Merit, the highest award a District can present to a volunteer. 
 

	Each Unit (Pack, Troop, Team, Crew, or Ship) has the opportunity to select adults to receive the Gateway District Key Scouter Award. This is your chance to publicly thank individuals who have given their time and efforts to make scouting successful within your unit. Please make sure that those selected, and their guests, will be attending the dinner where they will be honored as Key Scouters. No notification will be sent out to Key Scouter Recipients, only the nominator will be notified for the Rookie, District Award of Merit, and Rookie of the Year award's recipients. 
 

	This year's catered dinner will cost $10 per guest. A unit may consider paying for the cost of their Key Scouter recipients. Reservations are required. Walk-ins and registrations received after 24 February 2010 will be accepted at $15 per person.  
 

	To Nominate someone in your Unit or your Chartered Organization to recieve an award at the Gateway District Annual Adult Recognition Dinner, please take the time to Download and fill out the below forms, and email the completed forms to Jason Pettis no later than March 7th or deliver them to the Council Office or Roundtable.
