Important BSA Medical Form Information

Start collecting the BSA medical forms NOW! Do not wait till the last minute!  Medical forms are due at Group Guide Training! The Boy Scouts of America has established minimum standards for providing medical information prior to participating in various activities like Day Camp. BSA Medical forms MUST be completed annually by every single person attending Day Camp, no exceptions. That includes Cub Scouts, Adult Leaders, Camp Staff, Youth Staff, and Mini Camp and Tot Lot participants. Those standards are offered in one three-part medical form. Complete Parts A, Part B, and the Colorado Addendum only. 

Group Guide Training & Day Camp Supply Pickup

In-Person Group Guide Training will be held on Saturday June 15, 2013 from 9:00am-11:00am at the LDS Stonegate Building, 15787 Haseley Drive, Parker, CO 80134.

Day Camp Supply Pickup (Cub Scout hats, t-shirts, and water bottles) will be simultaneously held on Saturday June 15, 2013 from 9:00am-12:00noon at the LDS Stonegate Building, 15787 Haseley Drive, Parker, CO 80134.

Mini Camp & Tot Lot

Pioneer Trails Day Camp will offer a Mini Camp & Tot Lot camp day care for younger children as a convenience for our Group Guides and also the Day Camp Staff. Boys and Girls ages 3-10 may attend and MUST be potty trained. Parents or guardians of these children MUST be on site attending camp in order for a child to attend Mini Camp & Tot Lot. An organized program is prepared for the children for the whole day except for lunch time, where the parent must pick their child up for lunch, and return them afterward.

Cost: The program cost is $10 for the first child per day and $5 per day for each subsequent child in the same family.  Register the child online ahead of time if possible please. Payment for Mini Camp & Tot Lot will be accepted in person at Day Camp.

Day Camp Scholarships

There are day camp scholarships available to boys wtih need in the Denver Area Council. We believe strongly that 'no youth shall be denied a program experience because of lack of funds". Please visit the DAC website and scroll down to "Day Camp Scholarships" for information and forms.
