Matt Maranto is the Pioneer Trails District Advancement Chair. He coordinates the efforts to help ensure all Scouts are on the trail to advance to the next rank regardless of whether the Scout is a Cub, Boy, Varsity or Venturer. Please feel free to email Dick Reynolds for any questions or help you may need.
Matt also coordinates the quality of advancement. To help you in this process each unit should be aware and able to reference the "Guide to Advancement 2015" book that can be found online or in the Scout Shop. This reference helps outline the process of advancement and what a unit can do and how to go about handling different processes. If you need further clarity or understanding please contact Dick Reynolds.
