Monthly meeting for volunteer district committee to discuss the four standard district functions: membership, finance, program, and unit service. This committee coordinates all the founctions of the district for the purposes of:

1. Organizing and supporting Quality Units
2. Carrying out the policies and objectives of the council
3. Extending the program to the greatest number of year.
