This training is designed to introduce adult Venturing Crew Leaders to the basic information  needed to operate a crew.  The training is divided into five sessions:

1. Here's Venturing
2. Understanding the Protecting Youth (Venturing Youth Protection)
3. Leadership and Organization
4. Awards and Recognitions
5. Program Planning.

This is part of the required training for Venturing Crew Advisers for 2012 and for all contact leaders by 2013.
