Scouting is a great youth movement dedicated to the character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness of American youth.

As the chartered organization representative, you hold a key position in Scouting. While much honor is attached to the position, it is not an honorary one. There is work to it, important work. Whatever time and talent you invest will come back to you a hundredfold in satisfaction. 

The purpose of this training is to help you understand your responsibilities and to fulfill them.
