 What's New for 2013? There will be five sessions of Big Horn NYLT in 2013 - four in June and one in July. Scoutmasters have yet to be selected to begin the process of building their youth and adult staff. Leadership Positions Adult staff must complete and submit an application no later than April 1, 2013 Adult Staff Application Youth Staff applications for Senior Patrol Leader and/or Assistant Senior Patrol Leader must be completed and submitted no later than November 15, 2012. Junior and all other youth staff members must complete and submit your application no later than January 6, 2013.
