Membership Central It is the goal of the Gateway District to be able to bring in 900 new boys to the Cub Scout Program through our Join Night efforts in 2013. Below are a list of resources that we have available to our volunteers to help us make this possible. Flyer Request Form - Request your flyers for upcoming Join Nights. Join Night Presentation - Here is the presentation that will be used for Join Nights. Feel free to adapt the presentation to your Pack's needs. Seven Methods of Invitation - We firmly believe that if a Pack will choose seven (or more) different methods of invitation to target potential Cub Scouts, it will have a significant impact on recruting results. Sample Boy Talks - Brush up on your Boy Talk Skills here. Scot and Chris are happy to help; where possible, we request a member of the Pack be present. JeffCo Schools Building Use Request Form - JeffCo School District provides free building use for the Cub Scout Join Nights. Make sure and not on the request form that the event is a Join Nights. Invite a Friend Pass-a-Long Card - Hand these out to the boys to invite their friends to your next Pack/Den Meeting.
