The registration deadline is February 28th. Out of consideration for our Planning Committee and the catering company, we will not be accepting walk-ups this year. This is to ensure that our volunteers have the best possible experience and are appropriately recognized for all they do. All award nominations are due February 19th to the council office; Attn: Tasha DeKock. You can also send a scanned copy via email.

District Award of Merit: The District Award of Merit is the highest award that an adult volunteer can be given on the District level. If there is someone that you know that has gone above and beyond in performing their Scouting responsibilities and are currently a registered adult volunteer, please complete this form and  submit  it to the Denver Area Council Scout office no later than February 19, 2013

Outstanding Scouter: To recognize the leaders in your unit with an Outstanding Scouter Award to be presented at the dinner, please complete this form. Cost is $30.00 each for the awards. This cost covers BOTH the award and the dinner for the recipient. Please write legibly the recipient’s name with correct spelling (as they would want it to appear on their name tag) on the award form. Please submit the form(s) and fees to the Denver Area Council Scout office no later than February 19, 2013.

Unit Leader of the Year: Think that you have a Cub Scout Leader, Boy Scout Leader or Advisor/Skipper that is the best in the District?  Nominate them for the Leader of the Year Award which is presented to the top Cub Leader, Scout Leader, and Venture/Ship Leader.  Please complete the  District nomination form. After completion, please submit it to the Denver Area Council Scout office no later than February 19, 2013.

NOTE: ALL NOMINATION FORMS AND FEES ARE DUE BY FEBRUARY 19, 2013.
