WHO SHOULD ATTEND: A MUST for ALL NEW Scoutmasters & Assistant Scoutmasters, and those experienced unit leaders that have not received any training in the past 3 years. And, for 2nd year Webelos Leaders who are planning to bridge-over into Boy Scouting in the next 3 – 6 months. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ALL NEW AND EXPERIENCED Troop Committee Members who wish to gain better understanding about the roles and responsibilities of their adult unit leaders. We also encourage this training for all parents who wish to gain a better understanding on how a "boy run" unit operates.

WHAT WILL BE COVERED: An overview view of the roles and responsibilities of the Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmasters - focusing on how they can be effective unit leaders and run a successful boy lead program.
REQUIREMENTS: Come prepared with copies of the Boy Scout Handbook and Scoutmaster's Handbook, pencil or pen, a notebook or pad, and a sack lunch.
COST: There is no charge for this training. Some refreshments and snacks will be available and feeding the kitty is encouraged.
