Journey To Excellence "Journey to Excellence” is the BSA’s new performance recognition program designed to encourage and reward success and measure the performance of units, districts, and councils. It is replacing the Centennial Quality Awards Program as a means of encouraging excellence in providing a quality program at all levels of the BSA. The program runs on a calendar year (January 1st – December 31st) and units will turn in their scorecards as directed by the Council. There are different scorecards for each unit type and units score points in numerous categories. 2013 Journey to Excellence Denver Area Council Scorecards 2013 Journey to Excellence Pack Form 2013 Journey to Excellence Troop Form 2013 Journey to Excellence Team Form 2013 Journey to Excellence Crew Form 2013 Journey to Excellence Ship Form 2013 Journey to Excellence Post Form If you have a question about Journey to Excellence, please contact your District Executive or District Commissioner.
