Join Night Resources

The Council will provide to each unit: Customized Flyer's, Posters, Yard Signs, Boy Talk Stickers, Mini Boy's Life, Join Night Sign In Sheets, Cub and Adult Applications, Parent Orientation Guides,  and Spanish Language Recruiting materials.

• Flyer Order Form - Complete and submit to the Scout Office to have custom flyer's for your Join Night. Please allow 10 days advance notice.
• Join Night Pack Resource Kit - Information on hosting a Join Night and peer to peer recruiting.
• Join Night Checklist - Make sure you have everything you need to hold a successful Join Night.
• Join Night Script - A great guide to host a successful Join Night.
• Boy Talk Script - A resource on how to do Boy Talks in your school. If you need help with a Boy Talk please contact Joey Quick, District Director or Andrew Neal, District Executive.
• Parent Orientation Guide - A guide to help parents understand Cub Scouting.
• Methods of Invitation - Marketing Guide - Learn new ways to get the word out about your pack.
• Adult Application - Applications must have SSN, Applicant, Committee Chair, and Charter Rep signatures, and question 6 completed before submitting to the council.
• Youth Application - Applications must have parent/guardian and Cubmaster signature before submitting to council.
