 The Eagle Scout Application The Eagle Scout application includes information about your Scouting career. Print the form (2 pages, preferably in color) and complete it. Follow these instructions. The references you cite in Requirement 2 are the people you will obtain letters of reference from (be certain they will supply one for you before you write their name!). The Unit Advancement Report should be included with your completed Eagle Scout Application when you attend your Board of Review. This form will be signed by those in attendance at your Board of Review. |
